MONTGOMERY, Ala. – On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the U.S. Marshals Service executed an ADOC arrest warrant on Marcus Jarrod Harvey for Drug Trafficking and Conspiracy to Promote Prison Contraband 2nd.
After his arrest, ADOC narcotics agents executed a residential search warrant at 5848 Colony Lane in Hoover, Ala. The search resulted in the seizure of:
- Approximately 424 gg of marijuana
- Approximately 1528.3 gg of chemically altered paper
- 553.43 gg of suspected Flakka
- 786.9 gg of synthetic marijuana
- $41,189 in U.S. currency
- 2017 Chevrolet Impala
Harvey is currently being held at the Jefferson County Detention Center on a $510,000 bond. The ADOC Law Enforcement Services Division investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
