Inmates are not allowed to have social networking accounts or communication devices
while incarcerated. Possession of these accounts and communication devices can lead
to misdemeanor or felony charges for inmates as well as others working in conjunction
with an inmate to maintain accounts or deliver communication devices. If you suspect
