ADOC INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN HUEYTOWN ARREST
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – On April 16, 2025, ADOC Narcotics and K-9 Units started an investigation into promoting prison contraband into correctional facilities. During the investigation, Dominique Moses was developed as a suspect. On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, a search warrant was executed at the residence of Moses in Hueytown, Ala. During the search, approximately 462 grams of methamphetamine and 530 grams of marijuana were recovered.
Moses was arrested and charged with the following in Limestone County:
Trafficking Methamphetamine
2 counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance
Promoting Prison Contraband
She was charged with the following in Jefferson County:
Trafficking Methamphetamine
Conspiracy to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime
Possession of Marijuana 1st
Moses is currently in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
This operation was executed with assistance from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency SWAT Unit.
